Orchard Cottage is ideally located in Ventnor sleeping up to 5 guests. Nestled at the end of a secluded lane, this much-loved family holiday cottage enjoys a quiet and peaceful location with just a few minutes’ walk to shops, restaurants, and beach. This lovely character property comprises of an open plan kitchen and dining room extension with a stunning vaulted ceiling, as well as a spacious lounge and downstairs cloakroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms comprising of double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom with a desk and workspace, and family bathroom. Outside you have a garden to the front with garden furniture for alfresco dining or a relaxing drink at the end of a busy day.

LOCATION:
The cottage has a private parking space in front and is brilliantly located for all that Ventnor offers with its variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. From The Esplanade you can take the level walk, along the sea wall to Bonchurch, or walk along the cliff path towards Steephill Cove, a beautiful, sheltered bay only accessed by foot. A further walk will take you to the Ventnor Botanic Garden which lies in the remarkable microclimate at the heart of the famous 'Undercliff.' This unique garden is protected from the cold northerly winds by chalk downs. In addition to enjoying the lovely gardens, it also hosts events and exhibitions and there is a restaurant and Café on-site for refreshments.

Enclosed front garden with exterior seating and table
Private off road parking for up to 1 cars, to the front of the property
ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES:
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
No pets are allowed at this property.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend in Ventnor. Everything ran incredibly smoothly all round. The cottage was lovely, clean, comfortable and full of personality. Checking in and out was incredibly straightforward and we will definitely be back again!
