The upper-floor open-plan living space has been thoughtfully positioned to showcase the spectacular sea views, allowing you to enjoy the ever-changing Solent from sunrise to sunset — whether you’re dining, relaxing on the sofas, or stepping outside onto the balcony with a morning coffee or evening drink.

Clean lines, spacious interiors, and carefully chosen furnishings create a calm, contemporary atmosphere, while large windows blur the boundary between inside and out.

Elevated to maximise the sea views, this bright and airy space features two comfortable corner sofas, a TV, and a dedicated workstation.

Kitchen:
Well-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, and ample storage for holiday catering.

A spiral staircase leads down to the lower ground floor, where the bedrooms are located. An additional workspace is also available on this level.

Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£35) or provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£150) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)

Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger; use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.

No smoking or vaping indoors.
Linens and towels provided (please bring beach towels and cot linen).
Please respect the property and neighbours during your stay. A breach of these rules may result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
