Dogs: Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome (£35 per dog, per week). Please bring your own dog bedding and add dogs at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared dogs are discovered, the fee will be requested separately. - PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO ENCLOSED AREA BUT GARDENS AND OPEN MEADOWLAND. THERE ARE LOVELY WALKS AROUND THE GROUNDS ACCESSIBLE VIA FOOTPATH TO EXPLORE THE ANCIENT PARKLAND.
Please note that The Farmhouse at Nunwell has recently undergone an extensive restoration and renovation programme. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the property is presented to a high standard, some minor dust from the traditional lime plaster walls may occasionally be present as the building continues to naturally settle and breathe.
This is a normal characteristic of historic properties renovated using traditional materials and should not affect your stay. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to preserve and enhance this unique heritage farmhouse.
PLEASE NOTE - The gardener will be attending every Monday.
Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.

This place is magical - if you’re looking for somewhere to stay on the island that is a bit more premium - look no further. The property is finished to such a high standard and it’s spotless. We unfortunately didn’t get ourselves booked in at the Brasee more
This place is magical - if you’re looking for somewhere to stay on the island that is a bit more premium - look no further. The property is finished to such a high standard and it’s spotless. We unfortunately didn’t get ourselves booked in at the Braai restaurant out the front but it looked awesome and was always packed out. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb, the hosts are lovely and the photos do not do this place justice. You have to see it to really appreciate the effort someone has gone through to renovate it. The only little thing I’d say is if you’re planning on walking to Brading - there is no path, it’s narrow roads and so there is a risk of getting hit by a car which isn’t ideal. We worked round this by booking taxis but they can be quite expensive.

Absolutely gem of a place. Farmhouse was immaculate from top to bottom and honestly speaking the house was packed with tea/coffees and pretty much anything you could think of. Really couldn’t fault anything. Kids had so much to do inside and outside see more

Really couldn’t fault anything. Kids had so much to do inside and outside (sorry if the kids left any mess, we did try and clean up as much as possible). It was kind of tiring running after them and tidying up all the things they had unpacked inside the house there are toys/games and outside there are balls/soft play toys. Little things like shower gel/shampoo/ hand wash made a big difference and almost felt like you were staying in a 5 star hotel. Location lovely English (if I am allowed to say that -) countryside and we were blessed with amazing weather. Barbecue onsite which was in pristine condition so again that is greatly appreciated and we had made good use of it. Beaches are all close by. Owner / Island holiday company are surely proud of this place and obviously take pride in the upkeep. Thank you 🙏

We stayed here for a short weekend to take a look at the house and location ready for a larger family get together later in the year. House had been renovated to a high standard, and has plenty of high quality cooking utensils we enjoyed the BBQ and see more
