LOCATION:
Freshwater is located on the western edge of the Isle of Wight, nestled within the picturesque village of Freshwater. The road is ideally positioned to offer easy access to both the stunning countryside and the breathtaking coastline. Just a short distance from the famous Freshwater Bay, known for its pebble beach and dramatic cliffs, Camp Road provides a peaceful retreat while being close to a variety of outdoor activities. The surrounding area is rich in natural beauty, with the rolling hills of the Downs, scenic walking trails, and nearby nature reserves, making it a prime location for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Additionally, Freshwater village itself offers a range of local amenities, including shops, cafes, and pubs, while being just a short drive from the charming towns of Yarmouth and Totland.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES:
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken, unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
This property can accept a maximum of 1 pet(s). The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Freshwater has good pubs, an excellent Indian restaurant and a Tesco for at home meals, a range of cafes and lovely bay and partially sand beach. Yarmouth ferry port is only 10-15 minutes away, Colwell and Compton bays are really worth visiting. Tennyson's House (Farringford) is close by, as is Dimbola. There's also Alum Bay & The Needles!
