A short drive or a leisurely walk discover Yarmouth Harbour and Castle, Headon Warren, Alum Bay with its coloured sands, The Needles Pleasure Park, and the National Trust Lighthouse along with Fort Victoria Country Park.

The lounge /diner offers comfortable relaxing seating and a table and chairs to share family meal times. With patio doors overlooking the sea.
The kitchen has an oven, hob, washing machine and small fridge freezer.
With plenty of storage, the master bedroom has built in units and a cosy double bed.
A family bathroom has a shower over, wc and hand basin.
The second bedroom provides twin beds (not full size beds so suitable for children ) with cupboards for storage.
OUTSIDE
Off road parking for 1 car is available in the communal parking area near to the chalet.

The house has clearly had a recent update, the walls are freshly painted and the place is well taken-care of.

Brilliant clifftop location. Easy to reach the beach, very quiet and peaceful location. Views wonderful.
Door locks are starting to play up and need looking at.
